NOTICE OF SUIT
Notice is hereby given that Plaintiff, Robert Fredrikson, has filed a suit to collect an outstanding balance according to a Contract in Shelby Superior Court, against Defendant Jane Doe., whose whereabouts are unknown. Said case is pending under cause number 73D01-2209-CT-000035. The Court is located at 407 S. Harrison Street, Room 111, Shelbyville, IN 46176. Plaintiff is represented by Dennis F. McCrosson, THRASHER BUSCHMANN & VOELKEL, P.C., 8440 Woodfield Crossing Blvd, Suite 310, Indianapolis, IN 46240, 317-686-4773. Said claim arises from injuries sustained by Plaintiff on July 22, 2022. Jane Doe must respond within thirty (30) days after the last notice of the action is published. If Jane Doe. fails to do so, judgment by default may be entered against her for the relief demanded in the Plaintiff’s complaint.
