Billie Joe Balvin, 36, of Shelbyville, formerly of Noblesville passed away Friday, April 30, 2021, at Community East Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born December 26, 1984, in South Bend, the daughter of Darren Lee and Peggy (Gilliam) Balvin.

Billie is survived by her parents of Shelbyville; sons, Alex Palacios, Tyler Meadows and Skyler Balvin, all of Shelbyville; companion, Brittaney Fields of Elkhart; paternal grandfather, Virgil Balvin and wife, Wanda, of Indianapolis; and paternal grandmother, Marsha Allen of Bloomington.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Billie and Edna Gilliam.

Billie was formerly a housekeeper.

She loved her children and cherished her time with them.

Visitation will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 8, 2021, at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St., in Shelbyville.

Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery in Westfield.
